Boulder County Housing Counseling Program

Services: Boulder County Housing Counseling Program offers comprehensive housing counseling in the areas of pre-purchase, default/foreclosure prevention, credit repair/budgeting and reverse mortgage (HECM) counseling. The Program also offers a monthly CHFA-certified homeownership education course and quarterly financial management education course. Boulder County Housing Authority is a HUD-approved counseling agency and has been providing comprehensive housing counseling services for more than 20 years. Spanish interpretation provided for the classes upon request and for one-on-one appointments.
